Komitmen yang harus Anda setujui sebelum mengajukan janji temu / Commitments you must agree to before requesting an appointment.

Dengan mengajukan janji temu, saya menyatakan dan menyetujui bahwa:

  1. Permohonan janji temu diajukan minimal 48 jam sebelum waktu yang diminta. Permohonan dalam rentang 48 jam tidak akan diproses.

  2. Permohonan tidak boleh diajukan pada slot waktu berikut:

    • Jam istirahat (12.00–13.00 WIB)
    • Hari libur nasional
    • Akhir pekan (Sabtu dan Minggu)
    • Di luar jam kerja MCT

  3. Durasi janji temu dipilih sesuai dengan kebutuhan aktual pertemuan. MCT berhak menolak permohonan dengan durasi yang tidak sesuai.

  4. Saya telah memeriksa pada kalender yang tersedia di situs ini bahwa slot waktu yang saya pilih benar-benar kosong untuk MCT.

Permohonan yang tidak memenuhi ketentuan di atas dapat ditolak tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.

By submitting an appointment request, I acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the requested time. Requests within the 48-hour window will not be processed.

  2. Requests must not be submitted for the following time slots:

    • Lunch break (12:00–13:00 WIB / Asia–Jakarta time)
    • Public holidays
    • Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
    • Outside MCT's working hours

  3. The duration of the appointment must be appropriate to the actual purpose of the meeting. MCT reserves the right to decline requests with unsuitable duration.

  4. I have verified on the calendar available on this site that the requested time slot is genuinely free for MCT.

Requests that do not meet the above conditions may be declined without prior notice.
